The Nuclear Response to the Porn Battle

Last Updated: March 9, 2017

For the longest time the community and church alike have been taking it on the chin from the porn industry. We have lost marriages, families, businesses, and ministries to pornography. Our approach has been to ask men to go to this or that conference, and they do so by the hundreds. But the problem continues and is epidemic. We need a different strategy.

Douglas Weiss, Ph.D. has been free from porn for over thirty years and has helped thousands of men all over the world get and stay clean. He has declared a nuclear war on porn. Instead of asking men to go to a conference, he is bringing the event to them on their cell phone, iPad, or computer. In the privacy of your home or office, you can receive five live sessions on how to get and stay free from porn for the rest of your life. The best part is that it’s absolutely free!clean

Dr. Weiss’s first free offer is a free Facebook Live event. Like and follow his Facebook page to be a part of Facebook Live with Dr. Weiss and ask your questions during the event. I recommend you do this before the live event on March 13th. Many ministries together are inviting over 300,000 men to this event. The class includes five days of live information starting at 7:00 p.m. MST (9:00 p.m. EST) on Monday, March 13th through Friday, March 17th.

Imagine if everyone tells someone. There could be more than a million men invited to a Clean class equipping men in their community and church to become free from porn their entire lives. Now multiply that number when these men help other men for years to come and you have a nuclear impact of millions of men becoming free and knowing how to help others too. This can be a life-changing event.

When men start attacking this issue, man-to-man, it inoculates them and has a national impact. For those who can’t get to the live event, don’t worry; it will be free afterwards on his website. This porn war is ours to win. Invite every man you know and be a part of winning this war for those you love.

I would love to share some of this stuff with my boyfriend but he’s not really into God or Christianity or religion at all so coming at it from that angle unfortunately might do more harm than good. Which sucks cause I really really want to help him overcome that battle

How about this article from The Gottman Institute? Not from a religious perspective, but from a well-researched, relationship-oriented professional organization.

      Nadia,
If he is against God and religion, then this will be much more difficult of a fight. There is a secular organization called FightTheNewDrug.com that might be of great help. Hopefully he will ultimately find his redemption through Christ. If you are a Christian and he is not, I would be very careful. The Bible is very clear about not being unequally yoked. I have seen relationships die over issues like this because, in most cases, the girlfriend or wife wants the man to become free but he is unwilling. It becomes a bloody battleground. As a Christian, we are fighting for Christ. Non-christians are fighting for their own pride. So, unless his pride gets so wounded by porn or through the Holy Spirit he gets saved, his motivation to quit may never be there. Visit http://www.fightthrnewdrug.com and show it to him as well. There are many big name celebrities that are on there speaking out against porn and lots of goood articles for people that reject religion in this area. Hope that helps. Blessings to you.

Will the sessions be captioned or subtitled for Deaf men? It’s very critical that sessions be captioned for Deaf men. Or we would fail to obey the Great Commandment (Matthew 28:19-20). I want to participate but always get VERY FRUSTRATED that all ministries that do porn work never caption or subtitle anything. We, Deaf men, are really suffering because we could not get help anywhere and kept getting ignored. Thank you

I do not have a Facebook account, and I do not plan to to open an account.

Is there a way, other than facebook to receive the 3/13 to 3/17 information.

It is a great plan and should be helpful to many. Good luck, and I’ll be praying that you reach and help MANY.

Is there a reason that it is Men Only?

The article has a link to his website and says it will be available there.
