Jay Lampart is a full-time pastry chef, part time brewer, and writer. He spends a majority of his professional life creating desserts, spinning ice creams and brewing beer for a restaurant and golf club. He is the author of Lost on Planet XXX: How the Church can solve the modern problem of pornography. He is also the co-founder of Balthasar Media, Inc.
