Unfiltered Kit

Win 10 Bundles Worth $25 Each

Each bundle includes…

UNFILTERED: Equipping Parents for an Ongoing Conversation about Internet Pornography ($15.00) – This DVD is a parent workshop all about Internet safety and preparing children for our pornified culture. The film has been played in schools, churches, and in the living rooms of concerned parents. The DVD includes top Catholic voices speaking on the subject of pornography. Included with this DVD is the book, UNFILTERED: Protecting Your Family Online, a practical how-to guide on Internet safety.

Delivered: True Stories of Men and Women who Turned from Porn to Purity ($8.96) – In this book you’ll read the stories of nine people whose lives were once devastated by pornography and how they found freedom in Christ.

Bought with a Price: Every Man’s Duty to Protect Himself and His Family from a Pornographic Culture ($1.00) – Bishop Paul Loverde first issued this pastoral letter six years ago, and recently it has been rereleased, updated and expanded. Covenant Eyes spokesman Matt Fradd, who was asked to write the foreword for this letter, says it “could not have come at a more critical time.”

  1. Kevin Williams

Wow! Many awesome ideas & comments made!
As for me, I’d share them with folks at our parish – in our Men’s Ministry and Marriage Building Church programs.
    Blessings!

  2. Steve Smith

I am a college student, so these kind of temptations are always around. I am part of a Catholic Men’s group on campus, and porn is an issue many of us deal with. Although we have the close support of one another, Covenant Eyes would help us stay accountable during the times we are not together. This is a great group of guys striving to become the men God has called them to be, and I think this would further help myself and these men see more clearly our calling to be holy husbands, priests, or single-persons.

  3. Fr. Rose

I would share them with my high school students. As the chaplain I see a lot of my students are effected by the porn plague, boys and girls alike. They need good resources to help kick the habit and return to purity.

  4. I would share this bundle with the families in my parish during our book club that meets once a month to help protect our families.

  5. Some time ago, I won the package and I gave that to my pastor for the Christ Community Church’s Library and for him to use it for counseling purpose. If I win this again, I would give that to him again if it is different books or DVD. But if it is the same, I would give to my other pastor and their church family that we (our church) do get together. I know that they will use it for His Glory.

  6. Bel Boudreau

I am a survivor of sexual abuse at the hands of my stepfather. I grew up in a home where pornography was not a private addiction. My stepfather and mother were regular pornography viewer’s and swingers. Porn magazines and videos were openly laying around my childhood home. I have a teenage son who has secretly started to view pornography and my second son will be a teenager in a few months. My sister’s second marriage has just recently ended in a divorce due to her husband’s pornography appetite, and her first marriage ended in divorce for the same reason. I need a spiritual tool that I can apply to my spirtual life. I don’t know how to communicate to my son dangerous pornography is to our spiritual life and relationships. I would share this with my sons, husband, my sister, and me. I would donate the remaining copies to my parish youth program at Saint Michael’s church in Poway CA. I know first hand the affects pornography has in our spiritual life and our relationship with God. We are a practicing Catholic family and my greatest challenge is no longer about abusive childhood and what could have been, it’s about how can I help myself teach my teenage son the dangers of pornography in a generation were it’s just a click away on all the electronic devices at his disposal. He views me as the over protective dramatic mother. Being able to provide myself and son with a different perspective about pornography would be a blessing for our family.

  7. Mary Splawn

I would use some of the resources for my youth group and parent education and others of the resources I would send directly (must be sent from publisher) to a detention center in South Carolina (minus the dvds … they can only get paperbacks) to be used among the men there.

  8. Laura Smith

I would use it to work on having our family back on track to follow Christ and not the world!

  9. Anne Young

I would like to win. Thanks.

  10. Mario Pineda

With 10 items such as these, I would bring them to our prison ministry for men. Many times I hear stories of how lonely it becomes in the their cells and how temptation to act out surround them day and day out. I would like to hand out thee books to them. The DVD set, I would give to our local parish and see if our Family and Life director would family meetings using this dvd to start discussions.

Statistics show that as many as 64% of church-going men of all ages and 34% of church-going women ages 18-30 look at porn regularly.1 Unfortunately, accountability is largely absent from the church today. Most Christians are not accountable to their churches or anyone in them. According to Barna, only 5% of…
